The economy is not going back to what it once was. You need to know how to survive the bad economy by learning which online jobs are booming. That is what I will reveal in this post. Back in April 2020 at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic and shutdown, I warned this would happen.

Even before the pandemic shut down our normal way of life, in-store retail sales were on the decline. Many well-known retail store chains were going out of business. In 2019 alone over 6,616 stores in North America closed, forcing many on to unemployment.

One of the main reasons for this massive closing, which continued into 2020 before the start of the pandemic, had to do with the desire for buying almost everything online. The way we all make purchasing products now has drastically changed. Things are not the same.

You can even buy practically anything on the internet. Many of the things we once had to purchase in person can be done online, like purchasing your groceries and even an automobile. Even doctor visits can be handled over the internet through Skype and Zoom.

This entire online ecosystem has not only replaced much of the in-person shopping, but it has flourished in its growth and even more so because of the global pandemic. With people stuck indoors, online sales have skyrocketed to higher levels and higher profits.

If you want to financially survive the bad economy, you can easily tap into this internet buying trend and earn an income. This is by no means a quick way to get rich, you will have to put effort into it, but it can lead to a six-figure income a few years down the road.

Procrastination will make it harder to achieve success

I realize that this new reality of not being able to earn a living the way we have been doing it since we were young, is extremely frustrating. We are now living in a time where many have been out of work for so long they are facing eviction and homelessness.

It is really sad for me when I drive around and see so many businesses from mom & pop shops to major department stores, closed or going out of business. The only in-person retailers that are still surviving and in some cases thriving, are the ones that have an online store.

In order for anyone to at least make ends meet, you need to find a way to make money online. However not every way is the best way. Warren Buffet said it best in the image below. You have to make money in this way to achieve financial security. This is what I do.
